Container Guidelines

Final Pick Inc  IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO PLACEMENT SURFACES

Customer recognizes the difficulty of ensuring that the Customer’s pavement, driving surface, and placement surface is adequate to bear the weight of Final Pick’s vehicles.  Therefore, Customer agrees that Customer will be responsible for any damages to Customer’s pavement, curbing, driving surface and/or placement surfaces resulting from the weight of Final Pick’s vehicle providing service at the Customer location.  Customer must sign driver’s delivery slip as acknowledgement of damage liability.

NO OVERLOADED CONTAINERS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Containers that are overloaded will be left on site and the customer will be charged a     $90.00 fee for an attempted pick up.

PLEASE….NO BLOCKED CONTAINERS

Customers are responsible for maintaining a clear access to the container.  There will be a $90.00 fee assessed for an attempted pick-up if the container is blocked when Final Pick comes to service the container.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN YOUR TEMPORARY DUMPSTER:

• No hazardous materials (such as paints, oils, grease, solvents, propane tanks, etc)

• No asbestos or asbestos containing products

• No yard waste (leaves, grass, dirt, rocks, bark mulch, brush/branches)

• No 55 gallon drums

• No medical or infectious waste

• No ballasts or flourescent bulbs/tubes

UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO EPA REGULATIONS, WE MUST ADD A SURCHARGE TO NON-RECYCLABLE ITEMS.

TVs- $20 surcharge

Mattresses- $20 surcharge

Tires- $15 surcharge per tire

Hauling Charges: two ton max with the container you paid for, $100.00 a ton prorated if you go over

Disposal Charges:  if you go over the allowed weight , Extra tons are prorated $100.00
